Labour Councillor for Terriers & Amersham Hill
I am married with 4 children and have lived in Wycombe for the last 16 years. I recently retired from a very successful career as the R&D Director for Mondelez International (the owner of Cadburys and Kraft Foods) so I understand how to get things done in large complex organisations.
I am now determined to use the same drive and professionalism which served me well in my career to my new role as a Bucks Councillor, helping to deliver positive change for the people of Terriers and Amersham Hill.
Since retirement, I have dedicated myself to helping improve the local area. This includes:
- Being deputy chair of governors at Bowerdean and Mapledean Nursery Schools
- Volunteering at Wycombe Homeless Connection and the Chiltern Rangers
- Helping local young people start their own businesses through the Young Enterprise Scheme
- Coaching junior cricket at Great Kingshill Cricket Club
High Wycombe is a town with huge potential, ready for real positive change and my priority will be to make Terriers and Amersham Hill the best place to live in Wycombe. I will ensure that our green spaces are protected and enhanced, that traffic flows over well-maintained roads and that anti-social behaviour is a thing of the past.
I am proud to be the Labour Party councillor for Terriers and Amersham Hill and will work tirelessly to improve the lives of everyone who lives here.
